Psalm 127:1

Psalm 127:1
Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:

"Except" – This underscores the necessity of divine construction in a home.

"the LORD" – To have a divinely-built home, God must be the Architect and Constructor.

"build" – Strong and solid homes do not happen by accident, for they involve a process which God must undertake.

"in vain" – This is the unfortunate alternative to divine construction.
